Anthony Ferguson

Master Chocolatier Anthony Ferguson has been making chocolate in the US and UK for the last decade. 

He and his partner Susan Kench started Niko B. Organic Chocolates in 2009 (and named it after their son, Nikolas Bahari) with a mission to create unique, organic chocolates.

Second to chocolate, Anthony is a huge Jazz, Soul and Motown man, meaning the Niko B. kitchen sounds as good as it smells.   The sounds of Jelly Roll Morton, Aaron Neville and Aretha intermingle with the smell of bubbling caramel, warm spices and melting chocolate. That is why we wrap each of our boxes with a sheet of music....each of our chocolates are filled with the rhythms and beats of our kitchen, so if you start humming some Ella or breaking out into a skat when you taste our chocolates, you know why.

The co-founder of Niko B Organic Chocolates. With her impressive experience in the charity and social enterprise sector, she makes sure Niko B Chocolates does all it can to work responsibly and ethically with our local community.

Jess Fagin

Jess joined Niko B. in 2010 after she tried the Bliss truffle, deciding this was the chocolate company for her. A chocolate obsessive, she handles the events, marketing and PR for Niko B. She's worked in  publishing, the arts and marketing for the last 8 years, but chocolate has now won out.

A dedicated eater and cook, she brings her adventures in food to the Niko B kitchen and Cocoa Club menus and is making her way through every species of cocoa bean, bar by bar.
