Inspired by seasons, celebrating and a love of good food, each Cocoa Club
is a themed spectacular of fresh ingredients, chocolate, music, cocktails
and an insight into chocolate making by own very own chocolatier Anthony.

The Freak-Feast:

*The Intravenous: A blend of melted white chocolate, basil infused cream and vodka, served with a syringe-full of blood red berries and severed iced fingers.

*Halloween Cocoa Cake: The darkest chocolate and spiced pumpkin cake with quince glaze. Served with a quince, grappa and nutmeg ice cream in a chocolate skull.

*Seasonal Petit Fours: Truffles, caramels and giandujas with autumn flavours.

*Flaming Mousse del Diablo: Chocolate, cayenne and fig leaf syrup infused mousse, served with a flaming fig.

The Farmers' Harvest Feast:

Bliss:  Chocolate & Raspberry Mint Truffle Cocktail made with liquid chocolate, fresh mint syrup, organic vodka and crushed raspberries.

Harvest Cocoa Cake with Rosehip Glaze: Earthy sweet beetroot and carrot hidden in a deeply chocolatey cake, coated with a rosehip syrup and chocolate glaze. Served with honey clotted cream ice-cream.

*Seasonal Petit Fours: The Niko B Organic Chocolate Plate

Pear & Verbena Pavlova: Poached Pear, Lemon Verbena scented cream on a meringue base. Served with a dark chocolate sauce.

The Journey:

Destination 1 - Jamaica: A punchy chocolate and rum spiced cocktail laden with melted dark chocolate, warm spices and a hit of Jamaica's finest. Served with ginger "bitter sweets."

Destination 2 - Italy:  Chocolate Torte laced with Grappa, Pinenuts and Currants served with fresh Burnt Caramel and Lemon Ice Cream and chocolate sauce.

Destination 4: British Countryside:  White Chocolate Gooseberry Fool topped with a rose scented red raspberry cream.
