When did you last have fresh nougat? This Award winner will convert even the most sceptical nougat eaters. Oozing, juicy nougat is packed with Zimbabwean forest honey, pistachios, rum, candied fruits and spices, dipped in dark chocolate and glazed with cocoa butter.

Fresh chocolate nougat made with dark chocolate, coffee, cinnamon, vanilla, almonds, pistachios, walnuts and hazelnuts and tangy dried cranberries. Dipped in dark chocolate and glazed in cocoa butter.

Rich squares of just-firm salted caramel dipped in dark chocolate and finished with flakes of Welsh sea salt.

A collection of hand-cut citrus peel - grapefruit, oranges, blood oranges, lemons and limes - and ginger. Both are candied with star anise and orange liqueur, rolled in sugar, half dipped in dark chocolate and finished with a touch of sea salt.
