Why are we organic and fairtrade?
Simple.
Chocolate that hasn't caused any harm to the people or ecosystems that grow it tastes and feels better.
This commitment means:
- We are certified by the Soil Association. 100%
- We source locally grown and produced ingredients.
- We buy ingredients in small quantities to ensure freshness and minimise waste.
- We are active composters!
- We use packaging that is used from biodegradble, recycled or upcycled materials as much as possible.

Our chocolates, desserts and confections are freshly rolled, dipped and flavoured in Hackney using only Soil Association certified chocolate, fruits, nuts, herbs, spices and flowers, as well as organic British cream and butter.
This means you can expect to find only the freshest, ingredients in our products, inventively blended into unique flavour combinations. Our chocolates are handmade in small batches and embrace the seasonality of flavours - fresh spring thyme, summer ripe raspberries, autumnal apples, pumpkins and figs and winter spices and liqueurs.
